Dr. Isaac O. Kendabie, a distinguished security expert, business leader, and philanthropist, who was recently honoured with the prestigious Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Public Sector Management (IPSM), United Kingdom, on December 6, 2025.
Dr. Isaac O. Kendabie stands as a foremost authority in Cybersecurity and Economic Crime Consulting, currently serving as the Security Consultant to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and a Consultant to the Nigerian Police, Rivers State Command.
He is a highly decorated security professional, a Certified Cybersecurity Consultant and a Certified Economic Crime Professional. He has consistently attended the International Symposium on Economic Crime at the University of Cambridge, UK, with participation spanning 2014, 2015, 2018, 2020, 2024, and 2025.
His dedication to global security best practices is underscored by his active membership in the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) in the United States. He has received several awards from the Nigerian Police Force for his immense contributions to policing in Nigeria, most recently an Award of Excellence from the Rivers State Police Command for his commitment to peace and security in the state.
Dr. Isaac O. Kendabie holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Educational Psychology, Guidance, and Counselling from the Rivers State College of Education affiliated with the University of Ibadan.
Beyond his security portfolio, he is a prolific entrepreneur and employer of labour, serving as the Chairman and CEO of several successful ventures, including Kensther Global Services Ltd, Platinum Blue Solutions (UK), and Woolwich Suites & Lounge Ltd, amongst others.
Hailing from Bayelsa State, Dr. Isaac O. Kendabie is also a committed philanthropist. He is happily married to Mrs. Esther C. Kendabie, and they are blessed with two children.
